Delphi Europe is based on the proven investment strategy of Delphi Global, which has been operating since January 2020.
In Delphi Europe we implement our investment strategy in individually managed investment portfolios. This means that assets are held in the client's name in his own individual account.
We offer 4 different portfolios. Each reflects Delphi Global’s investment strategy while accommodating the risk tolerance of the client.

Anna Baram
Co-Founder, Delphi Global
Anna is an investment professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She began her career as a portfolio manager and later transitioned into product development for institutional clients. Prior to founding Delphi Global, Anna served as Head of Business Development at Israel’s largest hedge fund. Her deep understanding of both portfolio management and client needs brings a unique perspective to the fund’s strategic vision.
Daniel Topaz
Co-Founder, Delphi Global
Daniel established a strong track record in managing sophisticated investment strategies across global markets. Since 2007, he has served as a portfolio manager and investment analyst with deep expertise in equities, fixed income, and derivatives. His previous roles include managing the foreign portfolio of Israel’s second-largest insurance company, and later leading foreign investments at the country’s third-largest hedge fund. Daniel brings global insight and sharp analytical rigor to Delphi’s investment approach.
Shahaf Tzaig
Head of Investor Relations, EU
Shahaf brings two decades of leadership in fintech, investment, and client relations. He combines global experience in operations and customer success with active engagement in Madrid’s tech and Israel-focused investment communities, where he leads and moderates regular meetups. At Delphi EU, he ensures transparent communication and trusted partnerships with institutional investors across the region.
